  • The Data Controller Zdroje Zeme has formalised agreements for personal data processing with its processors.
  • Both processors and sub-processors are mandated to handle your personal data exclusively for the purposes specified in this policy. Your data isn’t shared with external entities for standalone usage or processing that diverges from the objectives of this Policy.

 

International Transfers of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed within a software system under a licensing agreement between the Data Controller Zdroje Zeme and the software system provider. This system is housed on servers owned by the software provider, which are situated in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
